At DogGearStore, we are committed to providing high-quality handcrafted items that honor the special bond you share with your beloved pet. Before purchasing, please be sure to read our refund and return policies, which apply to both standard and custom handcrafted items.

Replacement Service

At DogGearStore, we value your shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer one year of free replacement service for parts lost or damaged under normal use. Repairs are free during the first year; customers are responsible for shipping costs. We are committed to keeping your product looking great at all times!

Standard Product Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The item is significantly different from the description.
  • The item does not meet your expectations.

To initiate a return, please send an email to contact@doggearstore.com with your order number and a photo of the item to ensure that the item has not been artificially damaged.

After verification, we will send you the return warehouse address.

There is no additional charge for returns, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which may vary depending on your location.

Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned product and will be credited back to your original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Return and Refund Policy for Custom Handmade Items

Custom Handmade Items are customized products that are made to order and are unique to each customer. Due to their personalized nature, no returns are accepted once production has begun. However, you may cancel your order immediately before production begins by contacting us at contact@doggearstore.com.

  • Cancellations before production: A 50% fee will be charged to cover material and labor costs.
  • After production begins: The item will be non-returnable and non-refundable.

Prior to shipment, we will confirm the design with you to ensure it meets your expectations. After shipment, no returns will be accepted unless there is a quality issue.

For any quality related issues, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

CANCELLATION POLICY

FULL REFUND WITHIN 24 HOURS: Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours of placing an order at doggearstore.com.

REFUNDS AFTER 24 HOURS (BEFORE SHIPMENT, Transaction fees apply):

  • 2.6% for credit/savings card users

AFTER SHIPMENT:

  • Orders cannot be canceled. If you wish to return an item, please pick up the package and contact contact@doggearstore.com for return instructions. Refusing a shipment may result in double shipping charges being deducted from your refund.

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item, please contact our support team at contact@doggearstore.com with your proof of purchase (e.g. invoice). We will provide the item packaging and return instructions. Please ensure that all components are included in the package.
